East Providence’s old, unresponsive website was in need of a full makeover – they were receiving complaints that users couldn’t find information or request the services they needed. At QScend Technologies, we upgraded them to a Drupal-based CMS and designed a new website that makes it easier for their citizens to find important information. New functionality allows them to highlight key municipal services and news. I also included a highlight section for their mobile app, which allows citizens to report non-emergency issues, increasing their commitment to helping citizens however possible.
