QScend Technologies’ flagship product, QAlert, is a software suite and CRM system that allows municipal governments to receive and manage their constituents non-emergency issues.

I was tasked with condensing the many workflows, intake options, and multi-step processes within QAlert into an easily-digestible explainer video. I had the pleasure of designing and animating the 1min video in its entirety.
