Customer Confidential

QAlert Customer Confidential is a video newsletter produced by QScend Technologies’ learning department. Each newsletter compiles content from QScend’s other content streams (including the blog, magazine, and webinars) to share customer success stories, software tips, updates, and larger editorial features.

I designed and animated this 15-second introductory clip, setting the tone for the newsletter and sharing the types of content viewers will find within. The newsletter focuses on giving product users “the inside scoop” in an easily digestible format, so my goal was to create a slightly tongue-in-cheek “top secret,” scrapbooked visual style. Fast-paced, jazzy drums and deliberate, low FPS motion bring the whole idea together.
